Prada showed looks with heavy influences of Eastern styling, in the
forms of towering geisha shoes (with metallic materials) and simple florals. The designs looked elegant and rather wearable, a key trend this summer.

Monochrome was heavy
at the houses of Louis Vuitton and Marc Jacobs, both designing geometric designs, utilising black and white. The
key of the look is to balance the right amount of both colours, in order to add
quintessential-modernity. I would avoid wearing vertical stripes, I think it looks, in the nicest way possible, as though it looks like it belongs in a circus.

However it was Burberry that stole the show; with
Christopher Bailey closing the show, whereby models walked out in a coloured
array of metallic trench coats. Metallics should be worn in moderation, a different use of the texture, in contrast with something more natural. It adds modernity and a touch of creativity to any outfit.

trends, to remain ahead this summer. Have a great one!
Love the post! I hope there are more posts like this. For spring/summer I really like far east influences and monochrome.
