(sushi, bitch) The first time I tried sushi, it was the most strangest thing I'd ever had. I was quite surprised at myself, seeing as I'm Vietnamese and we have some pretty wild things on our menus. But this was completely different, it was slimy and raw. Fast forward 100 sushi rolls and I decided to make my own. It's fairly simple and super quick to make. I decided to use crab meat instead of smoked salmon and included some crunchy avocado, rice and covered it in toasted sesame seeds. It was wonderful and hopefully you'll try it too!
