CALM



I decided that the best way to nurse back to health was to stay calm. I'm pretty sure everyone knows the feeling of anxiety and concern over the future. After talking to my closest friends, the general advice was to keep your mind clear. Whatever the goal is, focus on that and only that. It's so easy to let minor problems combine with what you're trying to achieve. So make them disappear, clear your mind of those little creatures attacking your goal that are making it all seem difficult and you'll be fine.
