Olivier Rousteing is among of the most youngest designers in the business and it's always interesting to see what he creates each season. This season, he was inspired by the drama and exuberance of Paris in the 90s. He played with bright colours from yellows, purples, oranges and rich greens. The clothes were sharp, with a fitted silhouette which Rousteing loves.
And the cast this season was pretty impressive too, with the likes of Adriana Lima, Karlie Kloss, Gigi Hadid and Alessandra Ambrosio. The online streaming of the collection played Fall Out Boy as one component to their soundtrack which instantly reminded me of Victoria's Secret's 2013 show, especially with the top models in the line-up. He stuck with his 'more-is-more' attitude of Balmain and showed sexy looks, referencing archive work from the house itself.
